Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of calculateeveryday.com (CalculateEveryday, the "Service"), operated by CWK Solution ("Operator", "we", "us"). By using the site, bidding on a promo slot, or paying, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Disclosure, Digital Delivery Policy, Disclaimer, Rules, and Responsible Use policy.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides (a) free calculators for general information, and (b) a paid promo board where anyone may pay in USD to display a link, display name, and short pitch in one of two ranked slots.

Promo payments buy temporary digital advertising placement — not money, cryptocurrency, vouchers, merchandise of prize value, investment returns, or gambling payouts. Successful payment delivers the placement described at checkout, and nothing else.

2. What the Service is not

  • Not a lottery, raffle, sweepstake, or prize contest.
  • Not a casino, betting exchange, or skill-based cash game paying out stakes.
  • Not a financial instrument, security, deposit, or investment scheme.
  • Not professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice.
  • Not real-world ownership of anything beyond the limited licence in section 10.

3. Free calculators

Calculators are provided "as is" for planning and education. We document known edge cases but do not guarantee fitness for any specific decision. Verify material outcomes with qualified professionals. See our Editorial Standards for how formulas are reviewed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction) to pay for a promo slot. You confirm this at checkout. Payments may be disabled in certain regions, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you live. If you are under the required age, do not pay.

5. Promo slots, bids, and placement

  • Bidding mechanics, minimum increments, and content limits are in our Rules, which form part of these Terms.
  • A slot is claimed only when our server receives a successful payment webhook from Dodo Payments — not when your browser returns from checkout.
  • Holding a slot means temporary public display until another user pays a qualifying higher bid, or until we remove the listing for a policy violation. No duration is guaranteed.
  • Concurrent payments: only one takeover succeeds. The unsuccessful payment is refunded under the Refund Policy.

6. Where promo slots appear

Paid slots are displayed on the promo board and, as edge rails or a bottom bar, alongside calculator pages and embeddable calculator widgets on third-party sites. Every placement is labelled as promoted, is visually separated from calculator results, and links out through a /go/ redirect carrying rel="nofollow sponsored".

7. Promotional content you submit

You represent that your listing URL, display name, and pitch are lawful and accurate, and that you own or are authorised to promote that destination. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display them in connection with the Service. We may remove promotional content and revoke a placement without refund if it breaches our Rules, these Terms, or applicable law.

We are not the author of user-submitted promotional content. If a listing infringes your rights or breaks the law, contact our Grievance Officer in section 14 and we will act on valid reports.

8. Fees and taxes

Promo prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions and calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes (including Indian GST where required). Your statement may show Dodo Payments as the seller. See the Payment Disclosure. You remain responsible for your own tax records.

9. Acceptable use

You must not attack or scrape the Service; use bots or multiple identities to manipulate bids, rankings, click counts, or analytics; launder funds; submit fraudulent payment details or bad-faith chargebacks; or link to malware, phishing, scams, deceptive destinations, or adult content. You must not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by Dodo Payments' acceptable use policies. See Responsible Use.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design, and calculator logic belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the calculators, including embedding them on your own site with attribution and the embedded promo strip intact. Your promo content remains yours, subject to the display licence in section 7.

11. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that a listing stays live for any duration, or that promotional traffic will convert.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the 90 days before the claim. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such a limitation, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, and refuse future bids for fraud, chargeback abuse, security attacks, or breach of these Terms. Where removal follows a policy violation, no refund is due.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live. We may update these Terms; material changes are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
