Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of calculateeveryday.com (CalculateEveryday, the "Service"), operated by CWK Solution ("Operator", "we", "us"). By using the site, supporting it, or paying, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Disclosure, Digital Delivery Policy, Disclaimer, Rules, and Responsible Use policy.

1. What the Service is

The Service provides (a) free calculators for general information, which anyone may also embed on their own site; (b) a sponsor page where anyone may pay $10/day, with a volume discount for longer bookings (see Rules for the exact math), in USD to display a link, display name, and short pitch in one of 16 sponsor slots, for as many days as they choose, first come first served; and (c) an embed plan, a $5/month subscription that removes our watermark from one embedded calculator on one site (section 6).

Sponsor payments buy temporary digital advertising placement — not money, cryptocurrency, vouchers, merchandise of prize value, investment returns, or gambling payouts. Successful payment delivers the placement described at checkout, and nothing else. An embed plan buys the watermark removal described in section 6, and nothing else.

2. What the Service is not

  • Not a lottery, raffle, sweepstake, or prize contest.
  • Not a casino, betting exchange, or skill-based cash game paying out stakes.
  • Not a financial instrument, security, deposit, or investment scheme.
  • Not professional financial, medical, legal, or tax advice.
  • Not real-world ownership of anything beyond the limited licence in section 11.

3. Free calculators

Calculators are provided "as is" for planning and education. We document known edge cases but do not guarantee fitness for any specific decision. Verify material outcomes with qualified professionals. See our Editorial Standards for how formulas are reviewed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction) to pay for anything on the site, and by paying you confirm that you are. Payments may be disabled in certain regions, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you live. If you are under the required age, do not pay.

5. Sponsoring the site and placement

  • Pricing, minimums, and content limits are in our Rules, which form part of these Terms.
  • A booking is created only when our server receives a successful payment webhook from Dodo Payments — not when your browser returns from checkout.
  • There are exactly 16 sponsor slots, priced at $10/day with a volume discount for longer bookings (see Rules). There is no bidding and no ranking by amount given — whoever pays first for an open slot gets it, for exactly the number of days they paid for. If all 16 are booked, paying now reserves the next slot to open up, and we show you the date it starts before you pay.
  • A booking simply runs its paid duration and ends on its date — nothing displaces or evicts a booking early, and we may still remove a listing before its date for a policy violation.
  • A booking reaching its end date and policy removal are not refundable — see the Refund Policy.

6. The embed plan

  • The embed plan costs $5/month, in US dollars, for one calculator on one site and its subdomains. On that site it removes the small CalculateEveryday bar inside the embed and the credit link under it, and result images download without the mark. It changes nothing about the calculator, its formula, or its results.
  • It is a monthly subscription sold through Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record. It starts when our server receives Dodo's payment confirmation — usually within seconds — and renews every month until it is cancelled. We email you a sign-in link; your dashboard has the embed code, the site the plan covers (you can change it at any time), and billing.
  • If a monthly payment fails, the plan is on hold and the watermark shows on that embed again until a payment goes through; you can update your card from the dashboard. If Dodo cannot collect payment, it may end the subscription, and the plan ends with it.
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: "Manage billing" opens Dodo's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, then ends, and the watermark comes back on that embed. If you pick "Cancel now" in the portal instead, the plan ends straight away and the rest of that month is not refunded. We don't refund part of a month — see the Refund Policy.

7. Where sponsor placements appear

Active bookings are displayed on the sponsor page and, as left/right edge rails, alongside calculator pages and other pages on the main site — never inside embeddable calculator widgets on third-party sites. Every placement is labelled as sponsored, is visually separated from calculator results, and links out through a /go/ redirect carrying rel="nofollow sponsored".

8. Promotional content you submit

You represent that your listing URL, display name, and pitch are lawful and accurate, and that you own or are authorised to promote that destination. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display them in connection with the Service. We may remove promotional content and revoke a placement without refund if it breaches our Rules, these Terms, or applicable law.

We are not the author of user-submitted promotional content. If a listing infringes your rights or breaks the law, contact our Grievance Officer in section 15 and we will act on valid reports.

9. Fees and taxes

Sponsor slots and the embed plan are priced and charged in US dollars. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions and calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes (including Indian GST where required). Your statement may show Dodo Payments as the seller. See the Payment Disclosure. You remain responsible for your own tax records.

10. Acceptable use

You must not attack or scrape the Service; use bots or multiple identities to manipulate bookings, click counts, or analytics; launder funds; submit fraudulent payment details or bad-faith chargebacks; or link to malware, phishing, scams, deceptive destinations, or adult content. You must not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by Dodo Payments' acceptable use policies. See Responsible Use.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its brand, design, and calculator logic belong to the Operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the calculators, including embedding them on your own site with our watermark and credit link intact — or without them on the site an embed plan covers (section 6). Your sponsor content remains yours, subject to the display licence in section 8.

12. Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that removal for a policy violation won't end a booking early, or that promotional traffic will convert.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the 90 days before the claim. Where a jurisdiction does not allow such a limitation, liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, end an embed plan, and refuse future payments for fraud, chargeback abuse, security attacks, or breach of these Terms. Where removal follows a policy violation, no refund is due.

14. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live. We may update these Terms; material changes are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
