Who processes payments

Promo slot payments on /promo are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions. Dodo calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes where required. Your card or wallet statement may show Dodo Payments as the seller.

What you are paying for

You pay for temporary digital promotion — display of your link, display name, and short pitch in slot #1 or #2 on the /promo page until another qualifying bid succeeds. You do not receive money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, investment returns, or any gambling payout.

Currency and pricing

• Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD), whole dollars only.
• Minimum first claim on an empty slot: $5.
• Outbid increments: at least $5 above #1, at least $1 above #2.
• Re-bids on your own listing charge only the difference (top-up).

When payment is complete

Your slot goes live when we receive a successful payment.succeeded webhook from Dodo — not when your browser returns from checkout. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

Card data

We never see or store card numbers. Card details are captured and held by Dodo Payments on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. We receive only a payment confirmation, the amount, and the email you used at checkout.

Taxes

As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments determines, collects, and remits sales tax, VAT, and GST where applicable, based on your billing location. Any tax shown at checkout is handled by Dodo, not by CWK Solution. Keep your own records for personal or business tax obligations.

Refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy. Before opening a card dispute, email hello@calculateeveryday.com — we resolve most issues faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in a permanent ban from the promo board.
