Who processes payments

Sponsor payments on /promo and the embed plan are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions. Dodo calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes where required. Your card or wallet statement may show Dodo Payments as the seller.

What you are paying for

You pay for temporary digital promotion — display of your link, display name, and short pitch in one of 16 sponsor slots, for the exact number of days you paid for. There is no bidding: whoever pays first for an open slot gets it. You do not receive money, cryptocurrency, merchandise, investment returns, or any gambling payout.

The embed plan is a $5/month subscription that removes our watermark from one embedded calculator on one site, for as long as it is paid for. See section 6 of the Terms.

Currency and pricing

  • Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD).
  • $10/day base rate, with a volume discount that grows the longer you book (see Rules for the exact math) — whole days only, pick how many you want, any number.
  • 16 slots total. If all 16 are booked, you can still pay upfront for the next slot to open; checkout shows the exact date your ad starts before you pay.
  • A booking simply ends on its date — there is no monthly reset and nothing displaces it early.
  • The embed plan: $5/month, charged when you subscribe and then every month until it is cancelled.

When payment is complete

Your booking or plan is created when our server receives Dodo's payment confirmation (a webhook) — not when your browser returns from checkout. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

Card data

We never see or store card numbers. Card details are captured and held by Dodo Payments on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. From Dodo we receive a payment confirmation with the amount and currency, the email and name used at checkout, and Dodo's own references for the payment and for you as its customer — and, for the embed plan, for the subscription and its next billing date.

Taxes

As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments determines, collects, and remits sales tax, VAT, and GST where applicable, based on your billing location. Any tax shown at checkout is handled by Dodo, not by CWK Solution. Keep your own records for personal or business tax obligations.

Refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy. Before opening a card dispute, email hello@calculateeveryday.com — we resolve most issues faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in a permanent ban from supporting the site.
