Promo slot payments

Payments on /promo buy temporary digital advertising placement in slot #1 or #2. They are processed by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

After your slot is live

Paid promo placements are non-refundable once your listing is live, except where we fail to display it for a substantial portion of the paid period due to a fault on our end (for example, a prolonged outage affecting the /promo page).

Failed concurrent bids

If you pay to claim a slot but another payment is processed first for the same rank, your payment did not succeed in claiming the slot. We will issue a full refund for that failed takeover attempt, typically within 5–10 business days via Dodo Payments.

Top-up bids

When you raise your own listing, you pay only the difference. That charge is non-refundable once applied — you keep your rank until someone outbids you.

Removed for policy violations

If we remove your listing because it violates our Rules or Terms, no refund is due.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving the digital placement you paid for may result in a permanent ban. Contact hello@calculateeveryday.com first — we resolve most issues faster than a dispute.

How to request a refund

Email hello@calculateeveryday.com from the address you used at checkout, with the slot rank, the amount, and the approximate time of payment. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Calculator requests

The free calculator request form on /create does not involve payment and has no refunds.
